Prerequisites

Counter-Strike 1.6 on Steam.
Meta Quest with Developer Mode or SideQuest.

Step-by-Step Installation

Install the CSVR APK via SideQuest.
Launch CSVR once on the headset to create the folder hierarchy.
On your PC, navigate to Steam/steamapps/common/Half-Life/cstrike/.
Copy the cstrike folder contents into /sdcard/xash/cstrike/ on your Quest.
Put on headset and launch CSVR from Unknown Sources.
